David Shallow defeated Bhavn Katri to win the Unibet Poker Open Main Event for a £62,000. Shallow won WPT Dublin Main Event in 2012 but hit a rough patch after that. David enjoyed the win mostly because his last cash was in 2014 when he finished sixth in the Sky Poker 6-Max High Roller.

Khatri won his seat into the Main Event on a £100 satellite and work his way to the heads-up where he was defeated by his fellow countryman. french players had a great tournament with Nicolas Cardyn (3° – £28,190), Julien Rouxel (4° – £21,005) and Nicolas Ludwicki  (8° – £8,400).

The next stop of the Unibet Open will be held at Hotel Intercontinental in St George’s Bay from May 26 to 29 with a €1,100 Main Event.
