Just before opening the Final Table at the Main Event for Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open, every player, organizer and spectator wondered, «where´s Dan Colman?». The ruling champion of all known, and yet to be known, High Rollers in the face of this Earth- ok, maybe not so much, but you get the point-, was nowhere to be found. Did you call him on his cell? No answer. Sent him a Whatsapp message? Nothing. Carrier pigeon, maybe? It got lost on the way. Fifty minutes after the action was on again, he materialized. Now the question in everybody’s mind had changed; it was no longer where he was, but where he had been.

Nobody bothered to check into their Twitter accounts; had they done that, they would have known that the young pro had decided that it was way too nice out to spend the day locked inside playing cards for a prize a bit north of $1,000,000.

Still, Daniel managed to climb up to the third place in the tournament and bag $310,000; more than enough to get a good sunscreen lotion and hit the beach again

It’s all a matter of priorities!
