Just as in weeks before, Jason Mercier  continues to stay on top of the ranking which remains unchanged this week. Therefore, we continue to look at the aftermath for the month of August, based on the results for the EPT Barcelona that have now defined  Martin Finger  as the “player of the month”. The acknowledgment comes hand in hand with the title for E#36 NLH High Roller €25,500, a payout for another High Roller worth €10,300, as well as coming in  3rd and 6th at turbo and hyperturbo events worth €5,200.

Taking second place was Mike “Timex” McDonald  who also got four payouts during the last EPT, and got a fifth at the same High Roller won by Martin Finger . Meanwhile, Colombian Farid Jattin  stood tall as the best Latin player and came in 9th this month thanks to one final table and a payout. It wouldn’t be wrong to mention that last week he continued with his winning streak, and took the High Roller for the Merit Series Of Poker  where he defeated number four this month, Jack Salter  playing heads-up.
